Your Feelance QB is your dedicated Project/Account Manager who will understand your business better with each new work request and ensure your tasks are completed as per your requirements. 

Simply upload your project requirements, and your quarterback will take care of the rest. From matching the perfect talent to each of your requested tasks, to overseeing the work and providing you with regular progress updates.

A Work Request defines the specific “tasks” you’d like completed. (For example, design a landing page, perform usability testing, write a blog article, API integration, etc).

You can outsource almost any task to us that can be completed remotely by simply creating a work request. 

Within each work request, you can add as many tasks as needed and they will be completed one by one.

Additionally, you can assign priorities to your requests, letting us know which ones you need addressed first.

You should! we are not here to replace your employees, but rather help your teams reduce their workloads, avoid burnout, and spend more time innovating.

What we want to help you avoid is hiring your full-time employees impulsively. Hiring an ideal full-time employee is extremely time-consuming and is a significant investment with legal strings attached, not only in terms of salary but also benefits, training, and sometimes equity. Once subscribed, you will get access to a dedicated Project Manager (Quarterback) as well as all the other necessary talent required to complete your microprojects, enabling you to utilize multiple skillsets for one predictable monthly fee.

Once subscribed, you’re able to add as many Work Requests to your queue as you’d like, and they will be delivered one by one.

You can also add as many tasks and sub-tasks as needed with each request.

You will be assigned a US-based Quarterback (Project Manager) who will manage your task requests, progress, and manage the necessary talent required to complete each of your task requests. We curate the best, pre-vetted talent from all across the globe and run a tight ship based on US security and compliance standards.

We understand you may not always have enough work for us to fill up an entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two requests at the moment. That’s where pausing your subscription comes in handy.

You can pause once a month, and the rest of the month will be saved as service credit and the following months’ payments will remain paused until you request to resume the service again.

Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let’s say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you’ll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

No worries! We’ll continue to revise until you’re 100% satisfied.

Due to the digital delivery of remote work, there will be no refunds issued. However, we will be happy to provide further revisions to our work until you are completely satisfied. 

You may also request a cancellation of the subscription at any time if you would not like to continue with your membership. This way, you will no longer be billed anymore.

That’s fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional needs. There’s no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
